Joseph Powell is President of Kissinger Associates, where he leads the firm’s strategic direction and works closely with clients and consulting teams to drive successful ERP and integration outcomes. With more than 20 years at Kissinger, Joseph has progressed from Senior Business Consultant to ERP Solutions Manager, Vice President of Business Development, and ultimately President—bringing deep continuity and institutional knowledge to his leadership role.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Joseph is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, Administration, and Accounting from Alvernia University. His background in public accounting and financial leadership informs his practical, ROI-focused approach to ERP strategy and business transformation.
Joseph regularly writes and speaks on leadership, business transformation, ERP return on investment, and emerging technologies, drawing from decades of hands-on experience advising mid-market organizations. Outside of his professional work, he served for more than eight years as an Assistant Scoutmaster with Scouting America, reflecting his long-standing commitment to mentorship, integrity, and developing future leaders.
