Kissinger Enhancements Compatibility with Sage 100 Payroll 2.26.1 and Product Updates (April 2026)

We are pleased to share information with you about the compatibility of Kissinger enhancement solutions with the Sage 100 Payroll version 2.26.1 update and Sage 100 Product Updates released in April of 2026. We have thoroughly tested our solutions and can provide the following compatibility results.

Certified Payroll 2025 and 2024 - Compatible

Certified Payroll 2025 and 2024 are unaffected by the Sage 100 Payroll version 2.26.1 update and the Product Updates (2025.2 and 2024.4). A compatibility update is not required for Certified Payroll. Your Certified Payroll solution will continue to be compatible with the Sage 100 Payroll module after the version 2.26.1 update and applicable Product Update are applied.

Union Payroll 2025 and 2024 - Requires Compatibility Update (for Payroll Update)

Union Payroll 2025 and 2024 each require the installation of a compatibility update to continue working with Sage 100 after the installation of the Sage 100 Payroll 2.26.1 update. There is a compatibility update available to make your Union Payroll software compatible with Sage 100 Payroll 2.26.1 Update. Union Payroll is unaffected by the Sage 100 Product Updates (2024.4 and 2025.2).

• Union Payroll 2025/7.40 requires compatibility update file UAP74005.exe for compatibility with Sage 100 Payroll 2.26.1.
• Union Payroll 2024/7.30 requires compatibility update file UAP73005.exe for compatibility with Sage 100 Payroll 2.26.1.

When to install?

The compatibility update should be installed after the Sage 100 Payroll 2.26.1 update is installed. Data conversion should be performed last, after installing the Sage Payroll update and the Kissinger compatibility update.

AIA Job Cost Billing 2025 and 2024 - Requires Compatibility Update (for Sage Product Update)

AIA Job Cost Billing 2025 and 2024 each require the installation of a compatibility update to continue working with Sage 100 after the installation of the Sage 100 Product Update (2025.2 or 2024.4). Here are the details:

The compatibility update should be installed after the Sage 100 Product Update is installed.

• For AIA Job Cost Billing 2025, the compatibility update file is AIA74002.exe (after installing Sage 100 Product Update 2025.2)
• For AIA Job Cost Billing 2024, the compatibility update file is AIA73003.exe (after installing Sage 100 Product Update 2024.4)

Data conversion should be performed last, after installing the Sage Product Update and the Kissinger compatibility update.
