Kissinger Payroll Enhancement Compatibility with Sage 100 Payroll 2.26 Update

We are pleased to share information with you about the compatibility of  Kissinger payroll enhancement solutions with the Sage 100 Payroll version 2.26 update released in December of 2025. We have thoroughly tested our solutions that extend the functionality of the Sage 100 Payroll module, and can provide the following compatibility results. (Other Kissinger enhancement and integration solutions are not impacted by the Sage 100 Payroll update.)

• Kissinger Certified Payroll: Compatible. No update required

• Kissinger Union Payroll: Compatibility Update required. See below.

Please Note: The Sage 100 Year-End IRD for tax year 2025 is compatible with all of our enhancement solutions.

Payroll Enhancements

Certified Payroll - Compatible

Great news! Certified Payroll 2025, 2024, 2023, and 2022 are unaffected by the Sage 100 Payroll version 2.25 update. A compatibility update is not required for Certified Payroll. Your Certified Payroll solution will continue to be compatible with the Sage 100 Payroll module after the version 2.26 update is applied.

Union Payroll - Requires Compatibility Update

Union Payroll 2025, 2024, 2023, and 2022 each require the installation of a compatibility update to continue working with Sage 100 after the installation of the Sage 100 Payroll 2.26 update. There is a compatibility update available to make your Union Payroll software compatible with Sage 100 Payroll 2.26 Update.

• UAP 2025/7.40 requires compatibility update file UAP74003.exe
• UAP 2024/7.30 requires compatibility update file UAP73003.exe
• UAP 2023/7.20 requies compatibility update file UAP72005.exe
• UAP 2022/7.10 requires compatibility update file UAP71006.exe

When to install?

The compatibility update should be installed after the Sage 100 Payroll 2.26 Update is installed. Data conversion should be performed last, after installing the Sage Payroll update and the Kissinger compatibility update.
