Kissinger Enhancement Compatibility with Sage 100 Updates Released in July 2025
We are pleased to share information with you about the compatibility of Kissinger enhancement solutions with the Sage 100 Product Update and Payroll Update released in July of 2025. We have thoroughly tested our solutions that extend the functionality of Sage 100, and can provide the following compatibility results.
- AIA Job Cost Payroll 2025, 2024, 2023 - requires a compatibility update
- Certified Payroll 2025, 2024, and 2023 - compatible, no update required
- Union Automation 2025, 2024, and 2023 - requires a compatibility update

AIA Job Cost Billing 2025, 2024, and 2023 each require the installation of a compatibility update to continue working with Sage 100 after the installation of the Sage 100 Payroll 2.25.2 update. Here are the details:
- The compatibility update should be installed after the Sage 100 Payroll 2.25.2 Update is installed.
- For AIA Job Cost Billing 2025, the compatibility update file is AIA74002.exe
- For AIA Job Cost Billing 2024, the compatibility update file is AIA73003.exe
- For AIA Job Cost Billing 2023, the compatibility update file is AIA72002.exe
- Data conversion should be performed last, after installing the Sage Payroll update and the Kissinger compatibility update.
- If you have any customizations to your Sage 100 system or to Kissinger's AIA Job Cost Billing, or if you use third-party products that integrate with Sage 100, please contact us before proceeding with the Sage 100 Payroll update so we can help you determine the compatibility of your customizations and integrations with our solutions.
- Please contact your Sage business partner to install the AIA Job Cost Billing compatibility update for Sage 100. We also recommend contacting suppliers of other enhancement software or Sage 100 customizations prior to installing.

Certified Payroll

Great news! Certified Payroll 2025, 2024, and 2023 are unaffected by the Sage 100 Product Update as well as the Sage 100 Payroll version 2.25.2 update.
- A compatibility update is not required for Certified Payroll. Your Certified Payroll solution will continue to be compatible with the Sage 100 Payroll module after the version 2.25.2 update is applied.
- If you have any customizations to your Sage 100 system or to Kissinger's Certified Payroll, or if you use third-party products that integrate with Sage 100, please contact us before proceeding with the Sage 100 Payroll update so we can help you determine the compatibility of your customizations and integrations with our solutions.
