Diane Schultz is a Solutions Manager at Kissinger Associates, where she leads sales and strategy for the firm’s integration solutions, including Web-Stor and EDI Advantage. With nearly three decades at Kissinger, Diane brings a rare combination of technical depth and business acumen, managing the full lifecycle from discovery and solution design through proposal development, negotiation, and long-term client success. She works closely with clients and partners to align ERP and integration strategies with real operational goals, helping drive efficiency, scalability, and revenue growth.
Diane began her career as a Programmer/Analyst, building and supporting customized Sage 100 solutions, and has since progressed into leadership roles spanning product management, project delivery, and solutions sales. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Retail Management from Seton Hill University and a diploma in Computer Programming. Her background includes extensive experience in eCommerce, EDI, and ERP integrations, as well as developing detailed proposals, managing complex projects, and coordinating cross-functional and global resources to deliver successful outcomes.
Known for her relationship-driven and highly engaged approach, Diane builds strong connections with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure solutions are well-aligned and successfully executed. She is an active supporter of workforce development, serving as a judge for SkillsUSA Pennsylvania in computer programming competitions. Outside of work, Diane is an avid pickleball player who competes in tournaments, reflecting the same energy, discipline, and competitive drive she brings to her professional work.
