Training Class FAQs and Policies

If you have questions that aren't addressed here, please contact the Training Coordinator at 800-562-5456 ext. 231 or via for more information.

Q: How are classes structured? May I talk one-on-one with the instructor?

A: Certainly. Your class will take several short breaks throughout the day, and there is a one hour lunch break around noon (for full day classes). The instructors are available to answer your questions at breaks and can also meet with you individually after class.

Q: Is any advance preparation required to attend a class?

A: No advance preparation is required in order to attend a class. However, for some classes, a prerequisite is stated, primarily to ensure that you have the background knowledge needed for a successful class experience. For example, a prerequisite for Crystal Reports - Beyond the Basics is attendance at the Introduction to Crystal Reports class.

Q: What should I bring?

A: The materials for the class are provided with the exception of writing implements. A highlighter, pen, and pencil are recommended.

Q: Can I record the class?

A: No. The use of audio or video recorders is not permitted.

Q: Can I get CPE credits?

A: Yes. Please refer to the class description for information about the CPE credits offered with each class. Kissinger Associates is a member of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.

Q: How should I dress?

A: The dress for class is casual. (Most people wear business casual attire.) Please keep in mind that the class is conducted in an air conditioned room, so a removable sweater or jacket is recommended. In the afternoon, the room tends to heat up with the computers running.

Q: Can I bring my lunch?

A: Yes. A microwave and compact refrigerator are available for your use while attending class. There are also quite a few restaurants close by, some within walking distance.

Q: What is the class cancellation policy?

A: Click this link to view the class cancellation policy.
