are actually in the midst of our very first transaction with our customer and
the service to this point on Kissinger's side has been nothing short of spectacular. Software
installation was done remotely saving our company time as well as money. Training
with our contact lasted as long as needed (until everyone felt comfortable with
the process). This helped as many of our employees were used to doing things
one way, but after walking through the process a couple of times, the Kissinger
product makes it a breeze.
As far as their technical support, I believe that (maybe
we are a special client or something), but it appears as if they went out of
the way in order to appease us - doing things that were unnecessary, but very
much appreciated. After
our testing stage, our customer sent us a purchase order in a slightly different
