Unlimited Initial Issue Sessions

Kissinger’s Gold and Silver Unlimited Support Plans are prepaid annual agreements that entitle you to an unlimited number of complimentary initial issue sessions with a Kissinger ERP technical support analyst.

When you contact Kissinger Support to discuss an issue, a support analyst will respond within the response time associated with your plan. Your support analyst will strive to deliver as much assistance as possible within approximately fifteen to thirty minutes.

There is no additional charge for the initial complimentary session for each issue, and there is no limit to the number of issues covered under Kissinger’s Silver and Gold Unlimited Support Plans. The targeted response time for the Gold Support Plan is one business hour and the targeted response time for the Silver Support Plan is eight business hours.

While we cannot guarantee to resolve every issue within the complimentary initial session, our goal is to provide as much help as possible, and if more services are needed (or if your issue could be covered under a software warranty) to advise you of the best options available.

As a Gold or Silver Unlimited Support Plan subscriber you have access to the Kissinger ERP technical support team via:

  • WebTrack Q&A
    WebTrack Q&A is an innovative web interface located in our Customer Portal that keeps track of all of your support questions and answers, providing 24-hour-a-day, instant review of your support history. When you submit a question electronically, you will receive an email response notice within the support plan response time.
  • Toll-Free Telephone Number
    You'll have toll-free telephone access from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on standard business days. If we can't take your call immediately, we call you back within the support plan response time.
