By using the annual subscription plan, you will find that the process of buying, maintaining, and receiving support for your Kissinger enhancement software is much easier. You know your costs for the whole year in advance and there are no surprises. Every upgrade, new feature, and maintenance release is available to you at any time via web site download link.   • Upgrade Releases
    Your subscription plan provides you with enhancement upgrades to keep your products up to date and compatible with each new Sage MAS 90 and 200 release. Upgrade releases are provided via web site download link.

    Subscription Plans for EDI Advantage include on-demand trading partner mapping set version changes when the trading partner mapping sets are supplied by Kissinger as part of an EDI Advantage Compliance Pack.
  • Unlimited Access to WebTrack Q & A
    Using WebTrack Q & A, in the Product Support Services area of KissingerAssoc.com, you will have access to Kissinger's support staff. When you log into the site, you will use a personalized web page to submit questions, view support responses and submit follow-up questions. When there is a response for you from support, you will receive an email containing a link to the page with the response information. Kissinger strives to respond to all support issues submitted via WebTrack Q & A within 4 hours, and we guarantee a response within 24 hours. WebTrack Q & A makes it easy for you to track your support history and retain valuable and secure support information right on our website.
  • Access to Documentation Downloads

Renewal of Your Annual Software Subscription Plan Gives You:

  • Software Releases : Email notification and access to upgrade, new feature, and maintenance releases**
  • EDI Version Changes: On-demand trading partner mapping set version changes, i.e., 4010 to 4030 (for EDI Advantage users only)
  • Unlimited WebTrack Support: Unlimited access to WebTrack Q & A, our online support issue question and answer tracking system
  • Documentation: Access to software documentation downloads
  • Add-On Product Purchase Option: The ability to purchase add-on and third-party products
  • 800# Telephone Support Purchase Option: The ability to purchase annual 800# telephone support (an 800# support contract can be purchased for the remaining nine months of the first year and renewed annually.)
