Payroll Data Entry Audit Report Includes union fringe benefits

The Payroll Data Entry Audit Report is a listing of all information entered during automatic and selective Payroll Data Entry. It provides subtotals of earnings, deductions, union fringe benefits, and tax information by Employee Number. Union Automation enhances this report to include a subtotal of employer contributions, which includesd all union fringe benefits contributed by the employer.
Union Fringe Benefit Code Listing Handy reference for use during Payroll Data Entry: provides detailed information for each Union Fringe Benefit Code that has been established.
Union Code Listing Includes the name, address, phone number and ID number for each established Union Code. If Union Automation is integrated with Job Cost, the Burden Cost Code and Hourly Rate that applies for each Labor Code can also be included on the report.
Weekly Union Summary and Detail Reports Summary and Detail versions include all Union Fringe Benefit calculations made for any pay period within the current month. Report is sorted by union and labor code within each union.
Monthly Union Summary and Detail Reports Summary version shows summarized union fringe benefits calculated for each pay period during the month. Detailed version shows the detail of the transactions that occurred for each Union Code and each Labor Code during the month. In addition, the union fringe benefits calculation method and actual dollars are shown in detail for each employee.
Certified Payroll Report

 Available if integrated with the Job Cost module

The Certified Payroll Report is designed to satisfy the requirements specified by the US Dept. of Labor, Wage and Hour Division, Form WH-347 and associated instructions. The report produces a detailed listing by Job Number and Labor Code of all hours worked and rates paid on reportable jobs. The report is produced in a format suitable for direct submission to the contracting agency.
Monthly Manpower Utilization Report Available if integrated with the Job Cost module

Includes race and gender information with ratios for each race code and gender provided within each job. Total hours and the number of employees who worked on the job are shown by labor code.
Union Benefit Recap Report Very useful report, especially when Prevailing Wages are used for nonunion companies that contribute to Funds. Summarizes the Union Fringe Benefits calculated for the month. Includes all Earnings, Deduction and Contribution amounts calculated for each Union Fringe Benefit, listed by Employee social security number and name.
Union Benefit by Labor Code Recap Summarizes each of the Union Fringe Benefits by Labor Code. Includes all the Earnings, Deduction and Contribution amounts calculated for each Union Fringe Benefit, listed by Employee social security number and name. The report is subtotaled by Labor Code and then by Union Fringe Benefit Code. Useful when Prevailing Wages are used for nonunion companies that contribute to Funds.
