"About three years ago, one of our MAS 90 customers asked us about doing direct deposit. We checked with our Sage account manager and she suggested we contact Kissinger about ACH Direct. And when we did, the people at Kissinger were friendly and the price was reasonable.

ACH Direct was really easy to set up and the staff at Kissinger answered all our questions.

Our first customer was a fifteen-person company with locations in three states. Moving from checks to direct deposit was the smart thing for them to do. They used Bank of America, which was also very easy to work with. The bank gave us all their requirements to set up the system. Very easy and simple.

Since that time we have set two other customers up on ACH Direct with Bank of America. These two customers have 50-100 employees in their payroll. We also use ACH Direct with a couple of smaller customers using local commercial banks.

Kissinger's ACH Direct has worked without a hiccup for more than three years and we are very happy with it. It literally takes me about five minutes to process and send the ACH files to the banks for all these customers once the payroll is processed in MAS 90.
