All of the reports listed here are available on-demand. Reports can be reprinted at any time.

Certified Payroll Report

 The Certified Payroll Report is designed to satisfy the requirements specified by the US Dept. of Labor, Wage and Hour Division, Form WH-347 and associated instructions. The report produces a detailed listing by Job Number and Labor Code of all hours worked and rates paid on reportable jobs. The report is produced in a format suitable for direct submission to the contracting agency.
Statement of Compliance

 Versatile setup options allow you to configure the Statement of Compliance form to include additional information as may be required by your reporting agency. Multiple copies of the Certified Payroll Report and individually addressed Statements may be produced. Exceptions are reported as required by the fringe benefit plan for each job. The Statement may be printed after each Certified Payroll Report.
Certified Payroll Job Listing If Payroll is not integrated with Job Cost, the Certified Job Listing program is used to produce a list of jobs and related information from the Certified Payroll Job Masterfile.
Labor Contract Listing The Labor Contract Listing produces a listing of Job Labor Contracts from Certified Payroll Labor Contract Maintenance.
Certified Payroll Report by Employee Sort Field The Certified Payroll Report by Employee Sort Field produces a detailed listing of all hours worked and rates paid on reportable jobs. The report is sorted by Employee Sort Field and may include a single sort field or a range of sort fields. Except for the method by which the report is sorted, its general format and content is similar to the Certified Payroll Report.
Fringe Benefit Report The Fringe Benefit Report produces a detailed listing of funds allocated to approved fringe benefit plans based on hours worked on reportable jobs. Totals are printed for each Fringe Benefit Description.
Monthly Employment Utilization (EEO) Report The Monthly Employment Utilization (EEO) Report produces a listing of each Labor Class utilized for each Job within a specific time period. Subtotals are printed for each Labor Class, and totals are printed for each Job, with a separate totals page printed for the entire company.
