Sage MAS 90 and 200 Certified Payroll

Certified Payroll:
Sage MAS 90 and 200 Integration

Payroll
Integration with the Payroll module is seamless; simply use Payroll Data Entry to process a payroll that includes dates and hours worked on certified jobs, and then print the Certified Payroll and Statement of Compliance reports you need.

Job Cost
If your Payroll module is integrated with the Sage MAS 90 or 200 Job Cost module, Certified Payroll uses the existing Job Masterfile for all necessary job-related information. Job costs and hours entered in Certified Payroll are updated to Job Cost without the need for additional entry.

Accounts Receivable
If you have installed the Sage MAS 90 or 200 Accounts Receivable module, you can access the Accounts Receivable Customer Masterfile when you are entering job information. List all Customer Numbers on file in the Customer Masterfile and select one to insert on the Job Maintenance screen.

TimeCard
If the Sage MAS 90 or 200 TimeCard module is installed and TimeCard is integrated with both Job Cost and Payroll, you can use TimeCard data when calculating minimum hourly rates for labor contracts in Payroll Data Entry.
