Form Printing Options

AIA Job Cost Billing gives you the option to print G702 and G703 forms using either plain paper, customizable Sage 100 (MAS 90/200) forms (included), or pre-printed AIA contract documents.

You may choose to obtain pre-printed AIA contract documents from the American Institute of Architects (www.aia.org or 800-AIA-3837), or you may use your own version of the AIA forms. Whether you use documents purchased from the AIA or your own version of the forms, the pre-printed forms must be loaded in the printer prior to printing bills with AIA Job Cost Billing.

Copyright law prohibits Kissinger or any other software provider from re-creating AIA contract documents themselves. Our software provides all of the data in the appropriate format for printing directly onto the AIA's contract documents.

Using the included Sage 100 Forms

AIA Job Cost Billing includes two customizable forms, one for G702 bill printing and one for G703 bill printing.

The customizable forms are accessed by clicking the "Form" button on the G702 or G703 Form Printing window. Use the default form or create any number of alternate forms by specifying the data and headings to be printed and their print positions.

If you'll be printing the form to pre-printed paper that contains headings and field descriptions (labels), you can prevent headings and field descriptions from printing on your form. On the other hand, if you want to print the form to plain paper, you can include headings and field descriptions on the printed form so that the form data can be easily identified.
