EDI Advantage is the only EDI solution for Sage MAS 90 ERP users, Sage MAS 200 ERP users and Sage MAS 500 ERP users (EDI Advantage 500) that is supported by a network of regional certified implementation specialists.
EDI Advantage Customer Engineer (EDI ACE) is the designation awarded to a Sage MAS 90, 200 or 500 reseller organization that meets the criteria to be a certified provider of EDI Advantage services.
EDI Advantage Customer Engineers (EDI ACEs) have the product knowledge and implementation experience to provide users with professional installation and setup services and can assist users with procedural training and trading partner document testing.
EDI ACE organizations are required to employ at least one EDI technician who has passed the EDI ACE certification process. Certification requires that an applicant pass a series of tests including a personal interview conducted by Kissinger EDI support and development personnel. In addition, appropriate EDI Advantage installation, setup, and
support experience are required.
When EDI Advantage end-users elect to purchase their system under the terms of an EDI Advantage Guaranteed Success Program, an EDI ACE may be authorized to deliver on-site services as part of the GSP agreement. In addition, these qualified EDI Advantage service providers are often available for direct subcontracting by Sage MAS 90, 200 or 500 resellers to assist in the implementation of Sage MAS 90, 200 or 500 systems that require EDI integration.
