EDI Advantage 2010 Suite of Modules for Sage MAS 90 and 200

EDI Advantage 2010 gives you the integrated EDI processing you need to make your EDI tasks as simple and automated as possible. And you'll satisfy the needs of your trading partners - all of the transaction sets (EDI documents) your trading partners require will be included in your system.

One Year of Software Maintenance

EDI Advantage 2010 includes one full year of software maintenance. Software maintenance includes software updates, knowledgebase access and on-demand mapping changes requested by your trading partners.


Services

The following services are included, at no additional charge, with your initial software purchase:

  • Implementation of your EDI Advantage 2010 Suite of Modules and Trading Partner Compliance Packs
  • Initiation of the Trading Partner testing process
  • Online Training Session with Your Staff
  • Three Months of Toll-Free Telephone and Email Support
  • One Year of WebTrack Support

    Most users find that our WebTrack (web-based) support system is sufficient for occasional support questions after their EDI Advantage 2010 implementation is completed. Extended telephone support plans are available for clients who prefer phone communications with our EDI technical support team.

Optional Services

Kissinger offers additional services, should you wish to take advantage of them. Optional services for EDI Advantage 2010 include:

  • Additional Training Services
    Appropriate when you have personnel changes or if you want to equip staff with more in-depth knowledge of your EDI Advantage 2010 system. Also a good choice if you prefer your internal technical team to be the 1st level of support for your EDI Advantage 2010 system.
  • Remote Testing Services
    Kissinger will “kick start” your trading partner testing during the implementation process (this is included). You can elect to take over the management of the remainder of the testing process, or you can take advantage of our Remote Testing Services and have Kissinger manage the entire testing process for you. Remote Testing Services are helpful for clients without available personnel on staff or when other projects are competing for internal resources.
  • EDI Consulting Services
    If you're wondering whether you have your Sage MAS and EDI systems operating optimally for your business and industry, our EDI Consulting Services can help you learn how to maximize your technology investment on both fronts.
