EDI Advantage 2010 performs EDI processing as a by-product of many standard ERP activities, enabling you to use integrated EDI without the extra steps required by other solutions. This level of convenience is possible because EDI Advantage 2010 is aware of the processes and data structures within the Sage 100 ERP (formerly MAS 90 and 200) system. This is an important distinction and a point of differentiation from other EDI products.

EDI happens automatically and as a 'by-product' of
many standard Sage 100 processes

EDI processes are very closely related to processing steps within Sage 100 (MAS 90/200). Because EDI Advantage 2010 is aware of when these processes take place and when data moves within the ERP system, EDI Advantage 2010 can automatically initiate the proper EDI processes when standard Sage 100 system tasks are performed by the Sage 100 system operator.
