Trading Partner Testing Services

Completing a successful testing process is a required step along the way to establishing an approved trading relationship with your EDI partners. Trading partner testing involves establishing with each partner that EDI communications are working, not just in terms of the connection, but also at the document level. In other words, are the traded documents conforming to the formats required by each trading partner, and carrying all required information in the right places?

Trading partner document testing is a highly regulated process and each trading partner will have their own set of rules on how it must be conducted and what constitutes success. And because this process is generally performed only when new documents are brought online, it may not be cost-effective for your company to maintain the resources that are capable of sufficiently managing each testing process.
