Darryl Kissinger

Darryl Kissinger is the President of Kissinger Associates, Inc. Since founding the business software solutions company in 1985, he continues to make Kissinger a better organization for customers and employees. Darryl values results and works through his management team to achieve competitive goals across the organization. A programmer at heart, Darryl enjoys improving Kissinger's many web-based systems and trying out new web programming technologies.

Michelle Kissinger

As the Director of Business Development, Michelle Kissinger focuses on customer needs and identifies new opportunities using her professional background in business process improvement, quality management system administration, and manufacturing facility audits. Her credentials include being an MBA graduate from Alvernia University, a Certified Quality Auditor, and a member of The American Society for Quality (ASQ), The Association of Operations Management (APICS), and The American Management Association (AMA). Michelle is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership at Eastern University.

Cherie Powell

Cherie Powell is Kissinger's Marketing Director. A member of the Kissinger family, Cherie grew up learning how to solve information management challenges with integrated software solutions. She joined Kissinger in 1995 in sales, and later became the company's first full-time marketer. Today, Cherie develops and manages the company’s brands, marketing strategy, and communications. Cherie received an MBA at The Pennsylvania State University in 1995.

Joseph Powell

A former Auditor and Director of Finance, Joe Powell is Kissinger's Managing Business Consultant. His exceptional accounting, finance, and business technology knowledge helps clients solve business challenges and increase profit. He also supports clients when implementing software solutions or streamlining business processes. His diverse exposure to different industries gives clients a great resource for process improvements, financial and operational reporting systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation. Joe is also a Certified Public Accountant and member of the AICPA, PICPA, and IMA.

Denise Tiderman

Denise has been with Kissinger since 2008, currently serving as the Sales Administrator for EDI systems and the Manager of the company's Internal Operations Team. She prides herself on superior customer service. Before Kissinger, she worked in social services for 28 years, finally as a VP of Operations, Housing, and Shelter Services in Reading, PA. She enjoys freelance photography as well. If you love pets, Denise would be more than happy to share stories and pictures of her dog, Riley.

James Gechter

James Gechter is the Marketing Manager at Kissinger. While running strategic campaigns to engage and inform Kissinger's diverse client base, James also manages the company's website and social media presence. After more than five years of writing, marketing, and consulting for the software and insurance industries, he’s become a wordsmith with the resourcefulness to connect with any audience.
