Darryl Kissinger started Kissinger Associates in 1985 and continues to work at making Kissinger a better organization for customers and employees every day. Darryl values results and works through the company's team of managers to share his vision for growth and development and to enable the achievement of competitive goals across the organization. An entrepreneur and programmer at heart, Darryl enjoys exploring opportunities to serve customers in new ways and improving the company's web-based systems.

Michelle Kissinger

In her role as director of organizational development, Michelle Kissinger manages the professional development of the Kissinger team through the design, implementation, and evaluation of developmental programs. She also oversees the company's portfolio of new product and services development projects. Michelle is a member of the Academy of Management (AOM) and the International Leadership Association (ILA). She earned an MBA from Alvernia University and is a PhD Candidate in Organizational Leadership at Eastern University.

Cherie Powell

As director of marketing, Cherie Powell develops the company's long-range marketing vision and oversees the development of Kissinger image and branding, the implementation of marketing strategy, and the creation of marketing communications materials. Cherie is responsible for directing interactive and traditional marketing initiatives, coordinating with other functional areas of the organization at the strategic and tactical levels, and directing the efforts of the marketing staff. Cherie has been with the company since the late '80s and has more than 20 years of experience promoting solutions for Sage business partners and their clients across North America, as well as solutions for the company’s customer base of small and medium-sized businesses concentrated in the Mid-Atlantic region. She has a bachelor's degree in Business Management and Accounting from Alvernia University and an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University.

Victoria serves as Business Development Manager for Kissinger Associates, Inc. and brings to the team an extensive knowledge of non-profit, healthcare, consumer products, and distribution operations. Having held sales and marketing roles in both small business and publicly traded companies, Victoria’s scope of business process knowledge and problem solving aptitude are significant assets for Kissinger clients and partners. She is proud to be part of the Kissinger team, where we take pride in...SAYING "YES!" WHENEVER POSSIBLE. Victoria is a graduate of Fordham University.

Jason Madison is a Senior Business Consultant and the Web-Stor Solutions Manager at Kissinger Associates, Inc. Jason has nearly 15 years of experience working with ERP systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, reporting software tools, database management tools, and programming languages, and has been helping clients with web integration projects since 2011. As a former programmer, Jason solves many types of software challenges, giving him a strong background in helping clients with the technical aspects of their business management software solutions. He also has a passion for customer service and will go above and beyond to make sure clients are satisfied. Jason completed Bachelors degrees in both Computer Science and Computer Security and a Masters in Information Security from East Stroudsburg University.

Joseph Powell

Joseph Powell is the ERP Solutions Manager at Kissinger Associates, Inc. Joe spends his days helping organizations become more profitable by streamlining business processes and implementing effective technology solutions. His expertise and exposure to clients in many different industries makes him a valuable member of the team when clients engage him for help with business process improvements, financial and operational reporting systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. As a former auditor and Director of Finance, Joe solves business challenges with a multi-disciplinary approach, marrying exceptional accounting and finance knowledge to strong business technology skills. His strengths offer a powerful combination for clients, who also enjoy his contagious enthusiasm for achieving results. Joe graduated from Alvernia College (now Alvernia University) in 1993 with a BA in Accounting and Business Management and Administration. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA and PICPA.

Diane Schultz

Diane Schultz is the Enhancement Solutions Manager at Kissinger Associates, Inc. She leads the product development and technical services teams in delivering exceptional customer service and product quality. Diane has been with Kissinger since 1998. Prior to accepting her current position, Diane worked as a Programmer/Analyst in the company's product development group. Diane provides customers with demonstrations, training, and support for Kissinger enhancement software and answers product feature and Sage 100 ERP (MAS 90/200) integration questions. She also develops Kissinger enhancement software (ACH Direct, AIA Job Cost Billing, Certified Payroll, EDI Advantage, Union Automation) upgrades and assists with custom solutions for EDI Advantage products, other Kissinger enhancement software and standard Sage 100 ERP (MAS 90/200) modules. Diane graduated from Seton Hill College (now Seton Hill University) in 1987 with a BS in Retail Management, and later pursued a programming certification. She has been working in the Information Technology field since 1991 and enjoys solving customer challenges.

Angela Weidenheimer

Internal Operations Manager (click to expand)

As the internal operations manager, Angela Weidenheimer is responsible for the company's financial record keeping and reporting, and manages the Internal Operations team. Angela coordinates with the IT staff on office equipment needs, and oversees the implementation of process or procedure improvements. Angela also manages the company's corporate policies, and provides human resource services to Kissinger employees.
