Company Certifications

Sage Select Business Partner

Sage Select status is reserved for Sage Software Business Partners with a dedicated focus and commitment to exclusively represent Sage products. We know Sage Software products inside and out; we've been an exclusive Sage Software Business Partner since 1989.

Sage Authorized Training Center

As an Authorized Training Center (ATC), Kissinger offers year-round certified training classes for Sage 100 ERP (formerly Sage MAS 90/200) users in the company’s Centerport, PA training center. We also offer classroom training for EDI Advantage products. Students receive thorough instruction and certified course curriculum. Hands-on classes are led by field-savvy training professionals who have met Sage Software’s rigorous training certification requirements.

Sage Gold Development Partner

We have been licensed as a Sage Software Development Partner (formerly called Master Developer) since the inception of the program in 1989. Development Partners are trained and licensed by Sage Software to create enhancements and vertical solutions with Sage's tools and source code. We publish EDI Advantage 500 for Sage 500 ERP, EDI Advantage for Sage 100 ERP, and enhancement software for Sage 100 which is sold nationally (through the network of Sage Software Business Partners). We also provide custom software solutions for our clients.

The Gold level is a select tier for established development partners who follow Sage best practices for product development, customer service, and support. Participation as a Gold Development Partner requires product certification through an independent testing company.

Sage Certified Support Center

As a Sage Software Certified Support Center (CSC), we provide customers with access to very high quality, fast, and accurate technical assistance. The criteria for becoming a CSC are very stringent and continued certification requires a significant commitment in terms of resources and financial commitment to training, systems, and personnel.

Sage Certified Support Specialist

Certified Support Specialists have in-depth product and technical support knowledge gained through their support experience and participation in a series of specialized training classes and comprehensive assessments. Certified Support Specialists demonstrate a commitment to achieving support excellence.

Sage Conversion Specialist

The Sage Software Conversion Specialist certification indicates our proficiency with performing data conversions for customers making a change from their existing accounting software to a Sage Software product. Successfully migrating data from the 'old' system to the 'new' system is a key factor for getting a successful start with your new software.

Certified Public Accountant

Having key certifications on staff such as Certified Public Accountants means that you'll have access to highly-skilled professionals who understand accounting details and the way your system can be set up to address accounting concerns.
