As a SilverService+ Support Plan member, youll receive expert WebTrack Q &
A, toll-free telephone, fax or email assistance for an unlimited number of support
cases.

Access to our support professionals is available from 8am to 5pm, Eastern Time,
Monday through Friday, via our toll-free support number. (Excludes standard business
holidays.)

1-Day Response
SilverService+ Plan members receive a guaranteed one business day response time.

with staff that is familiar with your business and your software system.

Processing Seminar
As a SilverService+ Support Plan member, you and your co-workers can attend our Year-End
Processing Seminar, at no charge. The Year-End Processing Seminar is designed
to provide a complete overview of the best practices for performing year-end closing
activities in Sage MAS 90 or 200.
To
receive SilverService+ Support Plan benefits, your system must be operating at a Sage Software supported level throughout the support plan period.
Available
for an additional fee.
Please
note that while we do offer training and consulting services, these services are
not included in the SilverService+ Support Plan - they must be purchased separately.
In addition, to address a problem with your hardware or operating system, you
will need to contact the suppliers of those products for support.
SilverService+
Support Plans do not include coverage for Kissinger enhancement software or third
party products purchased from Kissinger. SilverService+ Support Plans also do
not include coverage for Sage FAS Asset Accounting. Separate support plans must be
purchased in order to receive support and subscription services for these products.
Charges
incurred as a result of support services previously purchased by the hour cannot
be applied to the purchase of a SilverService+ Support Plan.
