AIA Job Cost Billing™

The AIA billing format is a method of billing that was designed by the American Institute of Architects. Many contractors are required by their customers to bill in this format. The standard MAS 90 Job Cost program does not accomplish this special requirement. AIA Job Cost Billing provides a time-saving solution for the otherwise lengthy procedure of compiling an AIA Job Billing.

AIA Job Billing Data EntryThe AIA Job Cost Billing enhancement is fully integrated with the Sage MAS 90 and 200 Accounts Receivable, Job Cost and General Ledger modules.

No longer will you spend hours calculating scheduled values, work completed, materials presently stored, totals completed and stored to date, retainage and balance to complete.

Features of the AIA Job Cost Billing package include the ability to select a range of jobs to be invoiced at one time and to modify the information before it is updated.

Extensive information is reported for each job, each cost code and each cost type before an AIA Job BIlling is updated.

The AIA Job Cost Billing program must be integrated with the Sage MAS 90 or 200 Job Cost and Accounts Receivable modules. You may also choose to integrate with the General Ledger module.

AIA Forms G702 and G703 may be obtained from the American Institute of Architects. (Form data may also be printed to plain paper, or to customized forms.)
